    FOUNDER

Kia ora everyone! I'm Rachel Campbell and I am super excited to be making this little passion project a reality with the launch of Tumble Tots Waitaki! I am originally from Queenstown, but met a fertiliser rep on my OE in London and ended up following him to Oamaru. Five years later we are married with two children. I started Tumble Tots with my daughter Evie at 9 months old, and she is now 3.5years old. My second child is Jack who is 1 year and joins us at Tumble Tots Waitaki.

I am a qualified Primary and Early Childhood teacher who prior to having children had taught both New Entrants and Year One locally and afar. I am passionate about working with children of all ages and watching them learn through play. I am a friendly and caring person who enjoys supporting children to explore, grow and learn. I love being active and exploring the Waitaki region.

I have always dreamt of starting a physical activity programme for babies and toddlers but it wasn’t until having my own children that I thought the time was right to give it a go. Over the years I have attended Play Gym Leaders, Understanding Movement and Coaching Today courses to support this venture. I’ll be leading our Tumble Tot Waitaki sessions and look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion. I will be offering exciting and inspiring physical experiences based on developing your child’s fundamental movement skills, all while having a whole lot of fun!

Thank you to the many who have already joined us on this journey and I look forward to meeting you all at a Tumble Tots Waitaki session soon.

“My daughter loves coming along each week. There is a different obstacle each session which keeps Chloe engaged and excited. I love that Chloe can try out new things and develop new skills is a fun, safe and supportive environment. Added bonus is meeting the other mums as well.”
